Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Praxis Lab LLC ("Verso", "we", "us") collects through this website, including when you request a Verso page, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

  1. 1. Information we collect

    • Information you give us when you request a Verso page: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, profession or brand, a link to your current page or website, the package you are interested in, and your message.
    • Information you send us by email or in later conversations about your request.
    • Technical information: our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. To prevent spam, we store a one-way hash of the IP address used to submit a request, not the address itself.
    • Aggregate usage statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
    • If you arrive through a partner or campaign link, the referral or campaign tag is stored with your request.

We do not take payments on this website and do not collect card or bank details here.

  2. 2. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies are used only for Verso staff sign-in.

  3. 3. How we use your information

    • To respond to your request, discuss your goals, and prepare a proposal for your Verso page.
    • To communicate with you about your request by email or, if you gave us your number, by phone.
    • To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse, and to keep records required by law.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not add you to marketing email lists from this form.

  4. 4. Who we share it with

Service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract:

    • Vercel: website hosting, request logs and aggregate analytics.
    • Supabase: database storage of page requests (United States).
    • SendGrid (Twilio): delivery of request notifications to the Verso team.
    • Microsoft 365: our business email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Verso, our customers or others.

  5. 5. Retention

If you do not become a customer, your request is deleted automatically 24 months after we receive it. If you become a customer, your information is kept for as long as we provide your service and afterwards as required by law. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.

  6. 6. Security

Requests are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in a database with access controls that limit access to authorised Verso staff and the systems that process your request. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

  7. 7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@myverso.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

  8. 8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Requests on behalf of a minor (for example, a student athlete) should be made by a parent or guardian.

  9. 9. Where we operate

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States.

  10. 10. Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new version date.

Questions or requests: hello@myverso.co. Praxis Lab LLC, Georgia, United States.
